01 Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you") and bt555 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing, registering on, or using the bt555 platform — including all sports betting, casino, slots, deposit and withdrawal functions — you agree unconditionally to these Terms.
These Terms apply alongside any specific rules published for individual promotions, the bt555 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy. Where a specific promotion or game rule conflicts with these general Terms, the specific rule takes precedence for that particular situation unless these Terms state otherwise.
bt555 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated date. Continuing to use the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
02 Eligibility and Registration
To register and use bt555, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

- You must be registering as an individual for personal entertainment purposes only — corporate, syndicate or professional wagering accounts are not permitted.

- You must not be a bt555 employee, director, agent, contractor or an immediate family member of any such person.
bt555 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason. Registration does not guarantee account approval, and bt555 may conduct verification checks before a new account becomes fully active.
03 Account Rules
Each player is permitted to hold a single bt555 account. The following rules apply to all accounts on the platform:
- One account only: Creating multiple accounts — regardless of the name, email address, phone number, payment method or device used — is strictly prohibited. bt555 uses automated detection to identify duplicate accounts.
- Account security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your username, password or verification codes with anyone. bt555 will never ask for your password via chat or email.
- Accurate information: All account information must remain accurate and up to date. If your contact details or payment information change, update your account promptly. Providing false information may result in account suspension.
- Account activity: Accounts that remain completely inactive for a prolonged period may be subject to dormancy procedures as described in the relevant section of these Terms.
- Account closure: You may request closure of your bt555 account at any time through the customer support team. Any genuine funds (excluding unmet bonus wagering requirements) will be returned via your registered payment method.
Duplicate Accounts: If bt555 identifies that a player holds multiple accounts, all accounts may be closed, winnings from the period of duplicate operation may be voided and any bonus funds cancelled. This policy is applied consistently to protect all players on the platform.
04 Deposits in PKR
bt555 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and other mobile wallets as listed in the deposit section of your account.
- All deposits must be made from a payment account that belongs to you. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
- bt555 does not charge a fee for processing deposits. Any charges from your payment provider (bank, JazzCash, Easypaisa) are outside bt555's control and are your responsibility.
- Deposit amounts are credited to your bt555 account balance in PKR. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed during the deposit process and may vary by payment method.
- bt555 reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of funds for any deposit, particularly for large or unusual transactions. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in the deposit being held pending review.
- Deposits made using payment methods registered to a person other than the account holder will be reversed and the account may be suspended.
05 Withdrawals
Withdrawals at bt555 are processed in PKR to your registered payment method. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:
- Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal is processed. Verification requires a valid identity document and confirmation of your registered payment method.
- Withdrawal requests are processed within the standard timeframe shown in your account. VIP members at Silver tier and above receive priority processing, with Gold and Diamond members receiving same-day or faster treatment.
- Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for your deposit unless otherwise approved by the bt555 support team following a documented review.
- Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the withdrawal section of your account. These limits may differ by payment method and VIP tier.
- Any active bonus funds that have not met the required wagering threshold cannot be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will either fail or result in the bonus portion being forfeited, depending on the specific bonus terms.
- bt555 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that are unusually large, made shortly after a significant deposit without substantial betting activity, or that otherwise appear inconsistent with normal account activity.
Withdrawal Timing: Processing times quoted on the platform are bt555's internal processing times. The time for funds to appear in your JazzCash or Easypaisa wallet or bank account after processing may vary depending on your payment provider's own settlement schedule.
06 Bonuses and Promotions
bt555 offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonus offers are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any specific terms stated on the individual promotion page:
- Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. The required multiplier is clearly stated for each promotion. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus means PKR 10,000 in qualifying bets must be placed before the bonus-derived balance becomes withdrawable.
- Eligible games: Not all games on bt555 contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Sports betting bets and certain slots typically contribute at full rate; other games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. The contribution rates are stated in the specific bonus terms.
- One bonus at a time: Only one bonus offer can be active on your account at any given time unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise.
- Expiry: Bonuses have an expiry period from the time they are credited to your account. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that remain after the expiry date will be removed from your balance without notice.
- Maximum bet restriction: While an active bonus is in play, a maximum bet limit applies per round or event. Placing bets above this limit during an active bonus period may result in the bonus being voided. The applicable maximum bet limit is stated on each promotion.
- Abuse prevention: Bonuses are intended for recreational players engaging in genuine betting activity. bt555 reserves the right to withhold or cancel bonus funds in cases of suspected bonus abuse, including low-risk hedging strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine sporting or gaming risk.
bt555 may modify, pause or withdraw any promotion at any time. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts in good standing, except where required to prevent fraud or abuse.
07 Sports Betting Rules
The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on bt555, including cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, football, esports and all other markets offered on the platform:
- All bets are final once confirmed. bt555 does not accept bet cancellation requests after a bet has been placed and confirmed via the bet slip, except in cases of clear pricing errors.
- Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of your bet confirmation are the odds that apply to your wager.
- bt555 reserves the right to void any bet where there is clear evidence of a pricing error, data feed error, or where the market was offered in error.
- For cricket and PSL matches, if a match is abandoned, shortened due to weather or interrupted before a result is achievable under the applicable competition rules, bt555 will settle bets according to the official result recognised by the governing body. If no official result is issued, bets may be voided and stakes returned.
- Live in-play betting is available for selected matches. In-play bets are accepted subject to momentary suspension periods during key match events. bt555 is not liable for connectivity issues on the player's end that result in missed in-play betting opportunities.
- Maximum bet limits apply per event and per market. These limits are shown in the bet slip at the time of placing your bet. Bets placed above the stated maximum may be reduced to the maximum without prior notice.
- Winnings from sports bets are credited to your bt555 balance in PKR promptly after the relevant market is settled following the official result.
08 Slots and Casino Rules
These rules apply to all slots, live casino, table games and other casino-format games available on the bt555 platform:
- All games on bt555 use certified random number generation (RNG) for slots and table games, and professionally operated live dealer studios for live casino games. Game outcomes are independent of previous results.
- In the event of a game disconnection or technical error during a round, bt555 will attempt to resolve the round using the game server's recorded state. If a round cannot be resolved, the bet for that round may be voided and the stake returned.
- bt555 is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of a player's own internet connection issues, device failure or browser errors during gameplay.
- Progressive jackpot wins are subject to verification before payment. bt555 reserves the right to conduct reasonable due diligence before paying out large jackpot amounts.
- Game rules, paytables and return-to-player (RTP) information are available within each game interface. Players are encouraged to review this information before playing.
09 VIP Programme
The bt555 VIP programme operates across four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Diamond. All registered players start at Bronze tier. Progression through tiers is based on cumulative wagering activity on the platform across sports betting, slots and casino games.
- VIP tier benefits including enhanced cashback rates, faster withdrawals and personal account management are detailed on the VIP page and may be updated periodically.
- bt555 reserves the right to adjust a player's VIP tier downward if wagering activity falls below the threshold required to maintain that tier during the relevant review period.
- VIP benefits are personal to the account holder and cannot be transferred to another account.
- bt555 reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the VIP programme with reasonable notice to affected members.
10 Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bt555 platform. Engaging in any of these may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and permanent ban:
- Using automated scripts, bots, software tools or any mechanical or electronic means to place bets or interact with the platform.
- Collusion with other players to exploit market outcomes, manipulate bet results or extract bonus value through coordinated activity.
- Exploiting technical errors, software bugs or pricing mistakes to place bets at incorrect odds. Any winnings derived from such exploitation may be voided.
- Providing false or misleading identity information, using another person's payment method, or impersonating another account holder.
- Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring of transactions, or using the bt555 platform for any purpose other than legitimate personal betting and gaming entertainment.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt or interfere with the bt555 platform, servers, or any associated technology infrastructure.
Account Consequences: bt555 takes fair use seriously. Accounts found to be in breach of these fair use rules will be actioned without prior warning. Funds associated with prohibited conduct are subject to forfeiture. bt555 cooperates with relevant authorities where required by law.
11 Responsible Gaming

13 Limitation of Liability
bt555 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform is reliable and accurate, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free performance or that all information displayed (including odds and game results) will be free from errors at all times.
- bt555 is not liable for losses arising from your reliance on platform information that contained errors, provided the error was corrected as soon as reasonably practicable after discovery.
- bt555 is not liable for any indirect, consequential or incidental losses arising from your use of the platform, including losses resulting from your own betting decisions.
- bt555's total liability to any individual player in connection with any single claim shall not exceed the PKR value of the deposit directly associated with that claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits bt555's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
14 Changes to These Terms
bt555 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date shown at the top of this page. For significant changes affecting player rights or obligations, bt555 may also notify active players via the contact details registered to their account.
